In the tutorials “What is a Behavior Component“, “Introduction to the function points of the “Loop” component“, and “Application scenario of the loop component“, we introduce the “Loop” component in the Flowchart Mode.

This article focuses on the special application scenarios of the “Loop” components, which is the page turning function.

The page turning function is a relatively common function, and there are several ways to implement this function.

1. There are clickable pagination buttons on the page (eg “next page” or “load more”)

(1) Auxiliary selection process

Clicking the pagination button directly on the page, and then clicking “Loop Click Next” in the prompt box will automatically generate the components required for the page turning function, including the “Loop” component and the “Click” component.

(2) Manual drag to form a process

Drag the “Loop” and “Click” components separately, and the connection relationship is as shown below.

Then set these two components separately, the specific settings are as follows:

ⅰ) “Loop” component

The “Loop Condition” parameter needs to be set to “Next Page”;

“The xpath of the element” can be generated by clicking the button on the right side of the settings box, then clicking the pagination button in the page to generate xpath, or you can manually fill in the xpath of the pagination button;

The “Cycles” parameter can be filled in according to the specific number of pages and collection requirements.

ⅱ) “Click” component

The xpath of the element parameter is set to “Use the xpath which in the loop”;

The “Whether to open a new tab” parameter is set according to specific needs.

2. No clickable paging button on the page (scrolling page loading)

For this case, you can only manually drag, and drag the “loop” and “scroll” components from below, the connection relationship is as shown below.

ⅰ) “Loop” component

The “Loop Condition” parameter needs to be set to “Next Page”;

“The xpath of element” parameter is not set;

“Cycles” parameter is not set (default infinite loop).

ⅱ) “Scroll” component

The “Scroll Method” is set to “Scroll directly to the bottom”.
