Terminal ID can be understood as your ScrapeStorm ID number in your current computer. The default generated terminal ID consists of your “computer name + random number” and you can also modify it in the settings.

The terminal identification is mainly used in the scenario where the same account is logged in on multiple computers. When your account is logged in on multiple computers, if the number of computers logged in at the same time exceeds the limit (ScrapeStorm account can be logged in on any computer, but the number of computers logged in at the same time is limited, you can refer to the introduction of the official website price page specifically), the software will display all terminal ID that are logged in and prompts you to disconnect one of the terminals that are logged in before you can log in.

Terminal ID is related to account number, so different terminal ID is recommended for the same account to be used on different computers.

Terminal ID of different accounts have no effect on each other, even if they are duplicated.
